Top management

Ambu's top management is composed of two components: the Executive Management and the Executive Leadership Team.

The Executive Management is appointed by the Board of Directors and is responsible for the day-to-day management of Ambu, including the development of its activities, operations, earnings and internal affairs. The Board of Directors assigns powers and responsibilities to the Executive Management in pursuance of the Board of Directors’ Order of Business and the provisions of the Danish Companies Act. The Executive Management at Ambu consists of Ambus' CEO and CFO.

The Executive Leadership Team is a diverse group of experienced leaders that play a pivotal role in driving Ambu's success. This team includes the CEO and CFO and is responsible for overseeing critical areas, such as R&D, operations, people & culture and sales & marketing.
