Annual board evaluation

The Board of Directors has established an annual process, whereby self-evaluation of the Board of Directors’ work, and performance is assessed. At least every three years, the evaluation is conducted by an experienced external facilitator.

In line with the recommendations on good corporate governance, Ambu had an external party assist with the Board of Directors' self-assesment in the 2022/23 financial year. Conclusions and focus areas have been presented to the Board and will be included in the work of the Board in 2023/24.
